Jess Laverty is a Massachusetts-based political consultant, community activist, and coalition builder with a passion for building power where it's needed most. Specializing in legislative races in red and purple districts, Jess works at the intersection of strategy and grassroots, organizing training and equipping people to fundraise, run campaigns, and organize on their own terms, with or without access to the political machine.

A veteran of campaigns for Senator Ed Markey, Attorney General Andrea Campbell, Boston City Councilor Ruthzee Louijeune, Planned Parenthood, and Plymouth County DA candidate Rahsaan Hall among others, Jess brings frontline experience and a deep commitment to making politics accessible to everyone. As Chair of the Plymouth County Democratic League, she continues to advocate fiercely across the region with strategy, heart, and an unshakeable belief that government belongs to all of us.
